At successspireenterprises.com, we ship good quality furniture (bed, chairs, sofas and tables) in the US. We have outlined our shipping process below:
- Order Processing Time
As soon as your payment is confirmed, we process the order in 2-3 working days.
Master furniture (i.e., beds, sofas) may take an extra 1-2 days for safe packing.
Orders placed on weekends or at bank holidays will move to next business day.

2. Shipping Fees
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over £399 will qualify for free shipping (except for White-Glove service).
- Standard Shipping: From £14.99.
- Express Shipping: From £29.
- Oversized items: Extra charges may apply for large furniture (calculated at checkout)
3. Order Tracking
- You will receive a tracking number via email in the mail as soon as your order ships.
- Our team will reach out to you to schedule a delivery window for White-Glove deliveries.
4. Damaged or Lost Items
- Inspect Immediately: Inspect for damage when you receive it. Report problems within 48 hours by emailing pictures to Info@successspireenterprises.com.
- Lost Packages: You should contact us if the order is not received after 10 working days from the estimated delivery time.
5. Returns and Undeliverable Packages
- Wrong Addresses: Packages returned for wrong addresses will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Returns: See our Return Policy for information on furniture returns.
6. Stock Status
- In Stock: Items are available in our warehouses and will be dispatched promptly.
- Out of Stock: Currently unavailable.
- On Backorder: Items are temporarily out of stock but can still be purchased, with the expectation that it will be restocked and shipped to customers once inventory becomes available.
