Q: How long does delivery take?

  • Standard: 5-7 business days (Mainland US)
  • Express: 2-3 business days
  • White-Glove: 7-14 days (includes assembly)
    Delays may apply to Northern Ireland/Highlands.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the US.

Q: Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What’s your return policy?

  • 30-day returns for unused, unassembled items in original packaging.
  • 15% restocking fee for large furniture.
  • Faulty items? Report within 48 hours with photos.

3-5 business days after we receive your return.

Q: Can I return mattresses or custom orders?
Mattresses are returnable only if defective (hygiene reasons). Custom orders are final sale.

Most items include easy-to-follow instructions. For White-Glove Delivery, our team handles assembly.

1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (excludes misuse or normal wear).

Yes! We use FSC-certified wood, hypoallergenic fabrics, and non-toxic finishes.
